At SST Cosmetics Inc. we stand behind our products 100%. If you are unhappy with any of your purchased items simply return the unused portion of the product within 30 days of purchase along with the receipt and we will be happy to refund you the full amount in the same method used to purchase the products, or exchange the product for something different. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the original order cost in the event of a refund.

Return Shipping and Handling fees are not the responsibility of SST Cosmetics and must be paid by the returnee. Any product returns that arrive at SST Head office C.O.D will be returned to the shipper.

SST Cosmetics cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit during the return process so we suggest you insure your shipment thru your courier of choice.

Only online purchases can be returned this way. If you purchased your SST Cosmetics from a Salon or Spa please understand that all privately owned businesses have their own return policies, and the product (s) need to be returned to the place of purchase.
